To make matters worse, I seemed to keep bumping into her name almost everywhere by ‘accident’ ever since she left me. Her name pops up on websites which I surfed, in the magazines that I read, in the television programs that I watched and even in a conversation I had with my girlfriend! The last one took place a couple of weeks earlier when I was having dinner with my whole family. Without any logical explanation, my girlfriend who was sitting right next to me started telling me about her brother’s new acquaintance. Guess what? She mentioned the girl’s name without knowing she even exists and she gave almost an exact description of her looks. Afterwards, her brother said that wasn’t even her name. Was it just a coincidence? I don’t know if I’m able to believe that. My girlfriend doesn’t know anything about the girl I’m talking about so it’s impossible for her to even know her name. Her name also appeared in a television program that I watch in the form of one of the actresses’ name. In the show, one of the main actors is replaced by someone new and his real name is exactly the same as mine! (Read Related : Online Short Stories) I never gave up hope although I know that she will not be return. However, I didn’t intend to give up. I need to do something and if I fail, I guess I will need to accept the fact that it was never meant to be. I want to give it one more try or I don’t truly deserve her. Now this is what I want to do. I want to surprise her. I am making a book with all our mails, pictures, amazing quotes we posted and all my unsent letters. I will give her a CD with all the music I used in my self-made movies as well as a DVD of all the self-made movies I’ve made for her. I will also dedicate a website for her. All these will be given to her at a candle light dinner in an Italian restaurant. I will invite her for the date by sending a bouquet of flowers attached with the invitation to her at the company where she works. She will be picked up with a limousine for the date. I think I have to be honest for once and for all. I’m unable to give her the happiness and the love she deserves, because I’m not the one for her and she’s not the one for me.
