Best friends Always and Forever,
A special bond until the end,
Something I could never find,
In any of my other friends.

Tea parties when I was younger,
That was never true,
It was watching Cincinnati on T.V.,
When they were beating NKU.

Presents on Christmas day,
What was the meaning of that?
More like bringing them out of the car,
Trash bag full, by more trash bags.

You never had to give a thing,
You never had to be there,
But you were from the very beginning,
You would always stop to care.

You never had to love me,
But no matter what I did,
You were the one that was always there,
Inside you lived a little kid.

Ambulance came after ambulance,
And always you came out just fine,
But soon I knew it would be over,
When God decided it was time.

Best friends until the end,
That was the promise we made,
And still I know it's not over,
When in your casket you were laid.

I won't give Up grandma,
I promise to stay just as strong,
I'll find friends, just none as great as you,
To help me carry on.
