Romantic Road
The Romatic Road or Romantische Straße in German is a stretch
of road in southern Germany between Würzburg and Füssen.
This stretch of road possess beautiful wooded river valleys, rivers,
streams, farms and vineyards as well as beautiful ancient well
walled-towns dating back to a 1000 year old.

The towns and regions to explore include include Würzburg,
Weikersheim, Creglingen, Rothenburg, Pfaffenwinkel, Dinkelsbuhl
and Nordlingen. You can find fortresses, traditional marketplaces,
churches, castles read about only in fairytales and musuems there.
It is also possible to do some shpping for local german goods
there. With so much to see and do there, it is no wonder it is
known as the romantic road.
